Cocktails and Couture: Glamour On The Grid at QT Melbourne

Last month, QT Melbourne set the stage for Glamour On The Grid, hosting a pre-party extravaganza that marked the official start of the Formula One Grand Prix weekend. Likened to the Met Gala for Melbourne, Glamour on the Grid was the hottest ticket in town, attracting the city’s elite and glitterati parading Formula One Grand Prix Fashion numbers.

Teaming up with Brisbane born Idle Hour Vodka, QT Melbourne curated a night of sophistication and style showcasing Formula One Grand Prix Fashion. Guests enjoyed a selection of vodka-based cocktails, perfectly paired with a delectable menu featuring Fried Prawn Sandwiches, Abrolhos Island Shell Scallops, and Gnocco Fritto with Wagyu Bresaola.

The cocktail menu featured highlights such as the blood orange and rhubarb vodka smash, Lift and Coast or a citrus twist on the cosmopolitan, Rumblestrip, and the grapefruit and pomegranate vodka sour, Jumpstart. These exclusive drinks were not only served at the Grand Prix but also at select venues across Victoria, including our signature restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill. 

The evening also featured a private styling room where guests could receive hair and makeup touch-ups before being chauffeured to the racetrack in style. 

The guest list featured familiar Melbourne personalities including Ellie Gonsalves, Maria Thatill, Sharon Johal, Naomi Lee, Elle Rayias, and Gabrielle Roccuzzo.
