• Locally Sourced & Loved: From our dining venues to minibars and QTique, we work with Melbourne-based suppliers who share our sustainable vision where we can—fresh, local, and seasonal.
• Water Smarts: Low-flow taps and dual-flush toilets, that save thousands of litres of water each year without compromising your comfort.
• Phasing Out Plastic: Refillable filtered water stations in public spaces make it easy to stay hydrated without single-use bottles.
• Support More, Waste Less: Our Orca machine turns leftovers into drinkable water, diverting an average 350 tonnes of food waste from landfill annually.
• Digital Style:  Paperless check-in, digital business cards, and digital compendium keep everything sleek and efficient.
