The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets Celebrate 20 Fabulous Years

Birthdays are the best. And amazing markets that stock beautiful products made by local designers and artisans are even best-er. So you can understand our joy at the idea of joining both on Friday, May 15 when the Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets celebrate their 20^th birthday.

The best place to find hand-made crafts and locally sourced goods and produce, the Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets are an iconic fixture of the Gold Coast. The fact that they have not only lasted 20 years but continually grows in size, attracting thousands of tourists and locals, is testament to the quality and variety of treats available.

To celebrate this landmark, Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets will be hosting a street party to accompany the regular stalls. Live music, face painting, goody bags including birthday cupcakes and giveaways.

The finishing touche will be a set of beautiful fireworks at 7.45pm to wrap up what will be on the best birthday parties you’ll be attending this year. Naaaaw…

The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets take place across the Surfers Paradise Foreshore at the end of Cavill Mall from 4pm to 8pm.
