Sometimes, an event is worth travelling to. We know, the idea of leaving our sunny beaches is basic but hey, Stereosonic is not just any old festival. Taking place over a whole weekend, December 6-7, at the Brisbane Showgrounds, Stereosonic is the penultimate dance party of the year.

Since their early days in nightclubs across Melbourne, Stereosonic has grown into a global dance event, drawing the biggest names across dance music into one sweat and joy fuelled weekend. It’s the kind of thing that not only makes for good memories but makes for the opportunity to see an eclectic collections of sounds and kaybe even make a few friends.

Some of the awesomeness that you can expect to hear at this year’s Stereosonic include EDM maestro Skrillex, the dark digital sounds of Zhu, the fantastic Calvin Harris, local boys The Aston Shuffle.

Stereosonic will take place at Brisbane Showgrounds from December 6 until December 7.
