• Best thing about your job

I do love the people I work with, but I most enjoy the excitement of the things the QT is involved in. More and more we are having conferences, events, and people come through the hotel that are really fun to show what being part of the QT is all about.

• What are you loving right now

Revamping the QT App is about as much fun as I have had in ages. With what we have planned for it, I feel people will stop seeing the QT as a hotel chain, and start seeing it as a lifestyle, with the App as a portal into that world. I love being charged with making it no longer necessary to be a hotel guest to be part of the QT Experience.
