You are cordially invited to join special guest Hubert Auffret, Sommelier of the Wine Appellation Club, for Yamagen’s very first interactive wine dinner.

Presented by Vintage House Wine and Spirits, the evening promises a superb menu of Japanese fusion created by Chef Trent Sydenham, coupled with a range of fine Australian and International wines.

However this is no ordinary dining experience. Wine regions will go head-to-head as each diner sniffs, swills and swallows their way to a favourite vino. We will be comparing the following key varietals:

• Adelaide Hills vs. Marlborough Region
• Mclaren Vale vs. Napa Valley
• Barossa Valley vs. McLaren Vale
• Coonawarra vs. Margaret River
