FAVOURITE STINGRAY DRINK: Stingers Margarita! I love this as it has a great sourness that wets the palette

FAVOURITE BAZAAR MEAL: Beetroot Salad – This combines a small handful of beetroot with salsa verde which is gently stirred in a small handful of asparagus followed by the spinach leaf and croutons. Serve with goat’s cheese crumbled over the top and this is a great summer salad!

WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR JOB: The Team are allowed to create and execute ideas not typical to the norm. The whole process from creative to production to post meal/ event is so cool and intriguing as at QT we set the standard levels very high.

HOBBIES: I love playing music, enjoy cooking (not sure if I’m any good or not), travelling and seeing new places and the cultural experiences that come from that. I also love different languages.

MUSIC: I’m a Blues man I’m really enjoying all Blues at the moment.
