Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow Is Coming!

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is, as the name suggests, on the road again and will be coming to the Arts Centre Gold Coast on Friday May 15.

Steve Martin once said that comedy is the art of making people laugh without making them puke… that being said, we’re still pretty sure that the only way to really know whether or not someone has made you laugh really hard is when you’re on the floor, blue in the face and a little dribble has come out.

Suffice to say, it’s that exact feeling that we get every time we see the stellar performances that come with the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow.

Now in its fifteenth year, Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow collects the best in local and international funny persons from the Melbourne Comedy Festival and presents them to the world, including Hobart, Hong Kong, New Delhi, Newcastle and obviously the jewel in Australia’s crown – the Gold Coast.

Performing with this year’s tour are Canadian comedian DeeAnne Smith, Nath Valvo, Anne Edmonds and Adam Rozenbachs.

Of course, after all that laughter the last thing you’ll be thinking of is going home so why not kick back a cocktail or two in Stingray before treating yourself to one of our prefect post-pants-peeing packages for two, including breakfast in our award winning Bazaar!
