A lovely bunch of coconuts

The coconut trend is alive and well, especially at QT Gold Coast.

We started our coconut fixation (some time ago now) with the sweet, delicious and nutritious Coconut Water and therapeutic goodness of Coconut Oil.

What we love about this fruit-nut-seed trifecta (coconuts qualify for all three!) is its versatility. It’s the superfood that keeps on giving!

The sap can be turned into coconut sugar as an alternative to refined sweeteners. The oil is used in a growing list of natural beauty products (including our gorgeous Uspa products at spaQ); and the white flesh of the coconut is increasingly used in flours, tortillas, chips, ice creams, butter and more.

So now we have really upped the coconut ante!

Upsa Rich Body Butter at spaQ Gold Coast
