Last of Summer Pin Up Pool Party

It’s slowly getting cooler and thus harder to get out of bed in the mornings, but we won’t be saying goodbye to the warm weather without throwing one last epic pool party!

Following the huge success of our first Pin Up Pool Party on the Australia Day long weekend, Stingray Lounge and QT Gold Coast are excited to announce the Last of Summer Pin Up Pool Party with The Lindy Charm School.

For those of you who are in absolute denial that Winter is indeed coming, this will be your last chance to party under the Gold Coast sunshine! Prepare yourselves for a day of floating on oversized inflatable pineapples, downing a few tropical cocktails at the pool bar and lounging around for one last outdoor Sunday Session (without having to wear a scarf the size of a quilt). As per the usual Calypso Sunday’s shindig, we’ll have lawn games, freshly trawled seafood, tasty share plates, pop-up bars and retro party tunes with our resident beat makers, Codio & Austin King.

We are calling upon all Pin Ups, Retro Beach Babes and Vintage Vixens to show off your best swimsuits, playsuits and old-fashioned dresses at this FREE event on Sunday the 9^th of April from 12:00pm. There will be best dressed prizes on the day for the guys and gals including a luxurious stay at QT Gold Coast, dinner for two at Bazaar Interactive Marketplace and more!

The headmistress of The Lindy Charm School, Chrissy Keepance, said so herself; “The modern world could benefit from a good old fashioned dose of nostalgia”. So come one, come all and get ready to swing dance your way out of Summer!
