The Gold Coast can often feel like one big long festival – as soon as one wraps up, another is beginning. It feels like we’ve just got home from the sounds of sweet sweet blues at the annual Blues on Broadbeach and now it’s time for that other annual music festival, the Broadbeach Country Music Festival this weekend from Friday, June 20 until Sunday June 22.

Bringing in a whole slew of musicians and performers from across Australia (and some international) the Broadbeach Country Music Festival is one of those rare events that combines the most iconic elements of Australian culture into one – surf, sand, music and a deep love for the rugged land that is our home.

Set next to the pristine beachfront of Queensland’s Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, the festival will see a perfect mix of board shorts and banjos, surf boards and steel guitars as country music’s finest assemble for three days and nights of incredible free entertainment.

The Broadbeach Country Music Festival will be held at various venues along Broadbeach for three days starting this Friday, June 20 until Sunday, June 22.
