Alice in QT Land

In conjunction with Gold Coast Tourism and the annual PCO Conference held on the Gold Coast in late November 2012, QT Gold Coast hosted an ‘Alice in QT Land’ themed progressive dinner.

Showcasing ways to creatively enhance your next meeting, conference or event, we began
on the hotels rooftop venue ‘Baywatch’. Guests were greeted by the Mad Hatter and sipped from cocktail jars reading “Drink Me” while taking in the 360 degree view of the ocean and hinterland seen from the hotels rooftop bar area.

We then headed to the ‘Sunset Lounge’, overlooking the magical lobby of the hotel, where the Mad Hatters Supper was served, followed by a leisurely game of Croquet.

The fairy tale adventure was completed when guests were invited to an ice-cream candy station served from the QT’s very own ice-cream Kombie Van before retiring to the Ballroom cinema to watch classic scenes from Tim Burton’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’.
