Staff Spotlight on Zak Nalder!
Title: F&B Bazaar
Employment Likes: Anything and everything Hospitality. I really enjoy hosting and communicating the mosaic cuisines Bazaar has to offer to our valued customers. I do have a little fascination for wine also.
Music: Pop/ Rock and Chilled. Anything from Jack Johnson, Michael Jackson, Grinspoon to Café Del Mar.
Inspirations: I’m really inspired by our executive chef Luke Stepsys. He has a plethora of inspiring dishes that never cease to amaze me.
Favourite Bazaar Dish: Currently it’s the Squid Ink Paella with a side of muscles. I love washing this down with a 2009 Taylors Estate, Clare Valley Merlot.
Away from work: I enjoy the beach, wining and dining, laying by the pool and skateboarding.
