Fancy a little Broadway?

The Tony Award- and Olivier Award-winning musical Come from Away calls Home of the Arts (HOTA) home this July, showcasing an unforgettable story of friendship, and the unwavering strength of the human spirit.

That’s right, Broadway has arrived on the Gold Coast!

This stunning stage show tells the true story of the immediate aftermath of 9/11, following the incredible real-life journey of 7,000 air passengers whose flights were diverted due to the incident.

With 38 flights redirected to the small town in Newfoundland, Canada where cultures clashed and nerves ran high.

Come From Away provides a stirring insight into how this small community welcomed the ‘come from aways’ into their lives, providing hope and compassion to those in need.

Australian Producer Rodney Rigby and the stellar Aussie cast present this portrait of heroic hospitality exactly as it appeared on Broadway and London’s West End right to our doorstep at HOTA, Home of the Arts.
