It’s a blender filled to the brim with game-changing ideas and how-did you-come-up-with-that type innovations. If that’s your bag, you should consider checking it out. Here are our picks of the bunch from the long lineup of speakers.

Gillian Ferrabee

Director, Creative Lab at Cirque du Soleil Media (Canada)

Gillian Ferrabee is a Director of Cirque du Soleil Media. We all know Cirque du Soleil Media; the circus spectacular of malleable people performing great and theatrical feats of strength, flexibility and precision… we’ve all seen what they can do, it’s astonishing. And Ferrabee runs that ship. You just know she’d have a lot going on upstairs.

Sam Mostyn

Chair, Carriageworks, Chair, Citigroup, Board member, Australia Council for the Arts, Virgin Australia, Transurban, Mirvac, Cover-More Group, President, Australian Council for International Development

Whoaaaa, that’s a resume, that is. Anyone involved with Carriageworks, arguably the place when it comes to the Sydney art scene at the moment, is surely worth a listen. If anything, the seemingly (very) busy Mostyn will be motivation to get off our asses and carpe diem!

It’s a Pulitzer Prize-winning news source and has a highly engaged community for opinion and conversation. Janz is the CEO of HuffPost Australia, which is a joint venture between The Huffington Post and Fairfax Media. Whether you’re a fan of HuffPost or not, Janz will have an interesting view on the world, being exposed to so much damn information… constantly.

Ben Liebmann

Chief Operating Officer, Noma

Have you heard of Noma? It’s only regarded as the best restaurant IN THE WORLD. The head chef is culinary samurai, René Redzepi, one of the best chefs IN THE WORLD. Liebmann has worked with Redzepi and the Noma team to open the critically acclaimed pop up, Noma Australia. Needless to say, it was a massive hit.

Richard Adamson

Director, Young Henrys Brewing Company

Adamson loves a beer. Who doesn’t really? He’s gone from home brew kit to his own brewery. His beer is now downed in bars in Australia, New York, Beijing and England. He’s a frothy success story and no doubt, will have a yarn or two worth listening to.
