We’re fussy about our partners, choosing only those who are in sync with our shared values. Here is a taste of what we’ve done so far to tread lighter:

Toothbrushes, combs and shaving kit? Available only on guest request. Shower cap made from biodegradable material, shaving kit made with wood and wheat straw, comb and toothbrush made from bamboo.

We have swapped single-use small format bathroom products with refillable Tom Dixon pump dispensers.

Biodegradable paper is in while we work towards a paper-free future.

Our dining venues showcase fresh, local ingredients wherever possible, and we look for suppliers who share our sustainable goals. From the locally sourced vegetables from Sydney Direct Fresh Products to local Australian meat from Haverick that started as a small family business in Paddington back in 1963.

LED lights are in, brightening up QT with low energy vibes.

Water Smarts: We are saving water with low-flow taps and dual-flush loos.

With our NABERS Energy and Water rating, we are tracking every watt and drop used, making sure we are on the path to a better tomorrow.

WASTE NOT, WANT LOTS OF RECYCLING
We are reducing waste, reusing what we can, and recycling the rest. Our check-in process is now paperless, and our room keys are made of wood.

With the help of our guests, we are rolling out small steps in-room that make a big difference:

The Towel Turnaround: Skip a towel change, save some water, and score a $10 food and drink voucher.
