The autumn change in the air calls for the start of a long farewell to the balmy, daylight-saved evenings, and what better way to deal with end-of-summer sadness than spending it around delicious foods, talented chefs and exceptional wines. Taste of Sydney starts March 10 and runs for four glorious days, hidden away in the heart of Centennial Park on the Brazilian Fields. Showcasing 14 well-known Sydney restaurants, a varied range of wine cellars and showing off the best in kitchen technology, Taste of Sydney is the silver lining for those dreading the fact that winter is coming…

When it comes to curating four days of deliciousness, the team at Taste of Sydney have come up with a list of restaurants they think will satisfy every craving that you could possibly posses. The sustainable food gods and two-time winner of the Regional Restaurant of the the year, Biota, will be present to show off their ethically produced goods. Over at the Three Blue Ducks tent, Darren Robertson and Mark Labrooy will be presenting their hard work from the Byron Bay farm property, focusing on local and fresh produce. Then you’ve got Frank Camorra and the team at MoVida serving up contemporary Spanish plates, in that classic MoVida way. And there’s more. There’s a lot more.

Once you have all the eating out of the way, there are plenty of activates to get involved with, like masterclasses with Peter Gilmore and a whole collection of other hosts. Check out the Etihad Airways lounge to have a total VIP experience, with a full bar and a pimping private oasis to kick back in.

Taste of Sydney 2016 runs from March 10 -13
