Inspiration by Design is from the (self proclaimed) world’s leading museum of art and design, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. This free exhibition showcases book art, graphics, photography and illustrations from international designers and artists, collected over the last 150 years.
Chances are if you are one to indulge in creative activities, the manuscripts, rare books, modern graphics and fashion photos included in this exhibition will, as the name suggests, provide inspiration by design.
“See over 100 treasures including original hand-drawn illustrations from Beatrix Potter, a Pablo Picasso artist book, fashion sketches from Dior and Comme des Garçons, rare medieval manuscripts and much more.”
