Fashion Bloggers Season 2: They’re Back!

Anyone with even a vague interest in fashion has heard of the hit reality doco-series Fashion Bloggers. It tracks a group of Aussie girls who live and die by the wardrobe. Season two started June 4 and saw Nadia Fairfax, Queen bee of Fairfax Journal, join the original style-blog massive, Amanda Shadforth (Oracle Fox), Sara Donaldson (Harper & Harley), Zanita Whittington (Zanita) and Kate Waterhouse (Kate Waterhouse).

“Throughout season 2, our bloggers cover backstage at Sydney Fashion Week, interviewing Australia’s biggest designers as well as schmoozing and shooting with the biggest names in fashion including Nicole Richie, Derek Blasberg, Aerin Lauder, Toni Maticevski, Dion Lee, Samantha Wills and Kristin Cavallari. The girls find themselves transported to wanderlust locations; Bedarra Island, Thredbo and Dubai.”

Fashion Bloggers gives us an inside view on the amount of work that actually goes into a successful fashion site. This group of independent women are role model material: they’ve successfully taken on the world of couture and carved out their own space. They’re getting paid for doing what they love, which is the aim of the game, am I right?

Fashion Bloggers is on E! every Thursday at 9:30pm and regularly repeats on E! and the Style channel. This is one for those among us that are fascinating by fashion and all budding bloggers too.

Watch out for scenes filmed on location at QT Sydney. And if you like what you see, why not do as the fashionistas do and book a stay… It’s right in the middle of the shopping district.
