Now time for something a little different.

Club Swizzle.

Two little words that will make your night, and leave you wanting more. As a boutique little hotel with flair, this one’s right up our alley, and we are so excited to give you the 4-1-1 on this little gem.

Sydney Opera House presents Club Swizzle: a night of cabaret, burlesque dancers, amazing acrobatics and gut-busting comedy just inches from your seat! That’s right, if Magic Mike, Chicago and Cirque-Du-Soleil had an all-in love child, this would be it!

Sit back, relax and prepare to be amazed at the incredible feats displayed before you in this crazy night. Death-defying acrobatics, collar-heating dance moves and musical revelry with a kick. And get this, it’s all set around, on, above and within an amazing cocktail bar tended by pros so good, they make Tom Cruise’s performance look completely amateur-hour.

Joel Meares, Arts editor at the SMH described it best: “If you were to encounter this particular swizzle on a cocktail menu, it might be described thus: shaken, stirred, swung, pole-danced, sexed-up and served with a side of delicious brassy tunes…I’d recommend you order at least two”. I like to think that Joel knows a thing or two, so we’ll throw ourselves behind him.

Get your tux ready, and leave your inhibitions at the door. This is a night of cheeky jazz, swanky tunes and amazing performances. No two nights are ever the same, and here at QT Sydney, we dig that kind of stuff.

The swift-handed, cool-as-hell Swizzle Boys will mix the drinks, so girls make sure and are nice and loud when you order your Sex On The Beach; the funky-fresh house band Mikey and the Nightcaps will supply the tunes and your host for the evening will be the hilariously fast-talking MC Murray Hill.

For an unbelievable night of fast-paced, high-octane entertainment sure to bring a smile to even the crankiest among us, you’d expect to have to break the bank for a ticket, right? Nuh-uh, you’d be surprised at how modest this firecracker of an event actually is, with the most elite of table seats setting you back a fair $110, and going down in price from there. One thing’s for sure, wherever you sit, this will be one crazy ride of a night!
