QT Sydney, the hottest designer hotel to open in Australia’s largest city in more than a decade and now the official hotel partner of the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA), has unveiled a new package for art lovers to celebrate the work of renowned American artist Chuck Close.
Partnering with the new MCA exhibition entitled “Chuck Close: Prints, Process and Collaboration” (on view from November 20, 2014 through March 15, 2015), QT Sydney is offering guests a special offer, including luxurious accommodations in a QT Deluxe room and admission for two to this exciting new exhibition of Chuck Close’s work. Guests will also be offered their choice of: daily breakfast for two at the hotel’s celebrated Gowings Bar & Grill; one dinner for two at Gowings; or a choice of spa treatments for two at spaQ, including the signature 30-Minute Tension Target Massage, 30-Minute Essential Focal Facial, 30-Minute Wild Thyme Foot Therapy or, for male guests, The Don (a traditional cut-throat shave in the QT Barber Shop).
Since its opening in fall 2012, QT Sydney has been a trendsetter among hotels in Australia (and worldwide) for its collection of cutting-edge contemporary and digital art by Australian and New Zealander artists, all curated by the renowned art advisor Amanda Love.
The QT Chuck Close package is priced from AUS$295 per night during the week and from AUS$320 on weekends (based on a two-night minimum stay) and is valid through March 14, 2015.
