Broadsheet Restaurant is now into the second month of trading and with just under three weeks left, the team have shaken up the menu once again to get your mouth watering.
Just to recap on all that is Broadsheet Restaurant – 22 of Sydney’s hottest chefs are lending their hand in their own respective culinary fields to put all that is great in the Sydney food scene, into one place.
So what does November have in store? Glad you asked. This ingenious new kitchen has now expanded its menu to keep it fresh and keep you on your toes! Whilst still serving your favourite dishes from last time (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it), they’ve upped the ante and thrown in influences from leading restaurants such as Hubert, The Dolphin Hotel, Stanbuli, LuMi, the Paramount Coffee Project and Continental Deli.
That’s dinner.
If you’re an early-bird and breakfast is your meal of the day, worry not! Broadsheet has got all bases covered. Whether you’re into a traditional full English, or a quick but delicious ham-cheese toastie from Mary’s, your wish is their command. But if you’re feeling a little adventurous, why not go for PCP’s scotch-egg-ish crumbed egg, infused with kale and mustard marinated ham stock? Or, for a real departure from the norm, go ahead and experiment with Edition Coffee Roaster’s speciality: thick pumpernickel smørrebrød with smoked salmon, salmon roe and crème fraiche.
And nothing gets the crowds moving quite like a limited-time-only deal. If you miss out now, you will actually miss your chance! Make sure you keep an evening (or three) free in your busy November schedule to experience this. Your taste buds will thank you, I promise.
