This October, discover a new way to spend a spring day in Melbourne. At QT, Champagne flows, tables are set and the city’s appetite for dining, music, fashion and celebration comes together. Follow Spring Voyage through QT Melbourne with something worth discovering at every stop.

Start at Yamagen for bright yuzu, playful Champagne pours and a Japanese take on spring. Slip into Pascale for Italian inspired plates from the new seasonal menu, or let Chef Nic Wood take the lead with ‘Surrender’. On Thursdays, lo-fi sounds set the mood from 6pm.

Then it’s up to Rooftop at QT for bubbles above the city and Wednesday DJ sets from 6pm. More of a daytime explorer? Swing by Deli QT for a coffee or a mimosa and something fresh before seeing where Melbourne takes you next.

From late October, staying at QT Melbourne comes with a few extra indulgences. Exclusively for hotel guests, two pop ups add a little glamour to your Spring Voyage!

The Champagne Beauty Bar brings hair and makeup appointments by celebrity stylist Tre Dallas and his team. Consider this your first stop before the celebrations begin! Book a room, book your appointment, then let the day unfold. Bookings essential.

And in the lobby, an icon returns. The G.H. Mumm Champagne vending machine, exclusively for hotel guests. Press for Champagne, enough said.

On 31 October, take your Spring Carnival celebrations upstairs for one big night at Rooftop at QT, with G.H. Mumm flowing and Ibiza regular Richy Penny taking over the decks. Fresh from playing alongside FISHER at UNVRS Ibiza, he’s bringing the house energy to Melbourne for our Spring Carnival afterparty.
