On three delicate tiers, we’ve baked the earthy soul of Aotearoa into a buttery masterpiece of the pâtisserie.

Today’s catch with finesse. Wairarapa roots layered with worldly refinement. This is a vertical showcase of edible precision.

Devour the tower, in any order you desire. Sweet before savoury? You do choux.

The poached pear tart rests on whipped almond cream. The éclair brings a citrus twist. Mushroom duxelles are tucked into crisp tartlets, rich with porcini, and the ragu-filled piroshki are so rich, it’s a revelation.

Sparkling or chamomile? Double-served is best. We greet you with a glass of bubbles to start, then select from our loose-leaf tea collection, on the house.

Why stop there? Add on a cocktail, mocktail or the crisp, cold clarity of Perrier-Jouët.

Part local harvest, part structural spectacle; anyway you stack it, this high tea is the crème de la pistachio crème.
