And to add that ever growing list of ‘things to get the team at QT just for being awesome’ is….everything at UNIQLO! Just in time for winter, Japanese casual-perfection and staples label, UNIQLO has opened it’s first pop up store on Pitt Street is bringing you (and us) a whole range of affordable, well-made daily basics to brighten up your wardrobe with.

With a permanent store already in place in Melbourne (in their defence, they don’t have much else and it’s always cold so they needed all the layering they could get) UNIQLO are setting eyes on the sunnier side of the border but since that won’t be happening until a little later this year (in time for summer, which is great), we’ll settle for a cute pop-up store for now. Known for their collaborations with designers such Jil Sander, UNIQLO offers a range of men’s and women’s clothing at super affordable costs which, let’s be honest, doesn’t always necessarily mean good quality. But those Japanese know a thing or two about making sure you get value for your money. What you can expect to find is a huge range of casual basics that are well-made, great fits and come in a veritable rainbow of colour options that would suit the gothiest of goths all the way up to Rainbow Bright’s colourblind grandchildren.

The UNIQLO pop-up store is open now and until September 30, and is located at 150 Pitt Street Mall.
