Say that quick enough and it sounds like you’re invoking some serious Christmas Spirit. Which, in a sense, you are because these are the final days before you hand over what could be a dealbreaker of a gift. And, in order to avoid any messy Chrissy Day hystericals, we recommend heading down to the Yevu pop-up store at 302 Cleveland Street in Surry Hills to get your hands on something rather perfect.
After a sell-out success with the first pop-up event way back when in October this year, founder Anna Robertson is back with yet another selection of ethically sourced, made and practically blessed clothing. Once upon a time a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Ghana, Anna’s time spent in Africa is clearly a big influence and most if not all of her fabrics are sourced from the African nations such as Togo, Kumasi and the Cote d’Ivoire.
This time round you can get your hands on some seriously ace bomber jackets, 50s inspired dresses and skirts, maybe a cape or two and even some hats and backpacks. And that’s just the stuff that we can remember off the top of our heads. Add to that the fact that each piece is a unique statement and you can probably imagine the type of sartorial carnival that Anna has going on.
Stock is limited so head down ASAP slash right now so you don’t miss out on that dream piece that you’ve been imagining all your life.
Yevu 2.0 Pop UP store will run from December 18 – 24 or until stock lasts.
