UP IN THE CLOUDS

To celebrate the release of their latest album, Dream Cave, the boys and girls of Cloud Control have announced their latest tour dates and one of these dates includes a night at the Cooly Hotel.

One of the great things about Sydney-based band, Cloud Control, is that they are just so darned human. Friends since their high school days in the Blue Mountains, competing in local competitions and doing the standard pub scene, Cloud Control read like an urban love story but one that is built around music. Despite forming in 2006, the band’s first album wasn’t released until 2011 and won the Australian Music Prize.

If the release of their latest single, Dojo Rising, is anything to go by, this album has been well worth the time it took for it to be released. Dreamy pop at its best, this album is destined to be one of the top soundtracks for summer.
