STOLEN LOOKS

By Benjamen Judd

New Zealand label Stolen Girlfriends Club has given us some of our favourite looks recently and we are happier than pigs in poop to announce that they have released a range of awesome eyewear to top off their already awesome clothes!

The creative brand was founded in 2005 by three friends Dan Gosling, Luke Harwood and Marc Moore. A New Zealand based trio who set out to design the clothes and products they couldn’t find in the market place.

Stolen Girlfriends Club garments are represented with sex appeal, confidence and courage. Whether inspired by punk romanticism, party crashers, or post-apocalyptic surfers, each collection has an underlying feeling of rock’n’roll delinquency.

The new range of eyewear to come from the boys captures all of the above and just a little bit more. Inspired by the some of the best that creative genius has had to offer, such as Kurt Cobain and goth mastermind Tim Burton, you can bet your bottom dollar that your eyes will be thanking you with billion dollar bills worth of compliments by the end of the day. To add excellence to awesomeness, the boys have even got US-based collage artist Tim Beth Hoeckel to create a unique lookbook to capture the frames. Deal with it.

The latest collection of eyewear from Stolen Girlfriends Club will be available later this year. Keep up by heading to their website here.
