Spotlight on James Twigg

Our staff spotlight this month is on one of our QT Sydney Concierge team members, James Twigg.

Originally hailing from Sydney, James has travelled the world with his thirst for adventure and love for all things hospitality.

A gold star moment on his extensive resume (especially impressive for such a young lad) was his stint as a door bitch at a hip Manhattan club in NYC last year. He got to entertain and snap some of the biggest names in Hollywood, all the while exhibiting his very own brand of professional courtesy and fun.

James is a rising superstar in our VIP services program at the hotel, and regularly does the 24 hour service detail on our star guests.
