Not one floral piece of china is in sight with the quirky luxury that is QTea. QTea upends the traditional notion of high tea, with the sweet assassin, Adriano Zumbo, at the helm. With a menu which reads like a love letter from one modern Marie Antoinette to another, it’s utter indulgence with flights of fancy. Let them eat cake? But, of course.
A classic menu, in addition to a plant-based and gluten-free menu are on offer with both sweet and savoury menu items to be savoured.
Our most popular delicacies? On the classic menu, the Lobster Roll bursting with Champagne lobster, coconut, chilli and lime mayo reigns supreme. And Beet Mine for our plant-based, gluten-free tastes, a savoury bite of pickled beetroot, radish and plant-based ricotta roll. Both menus are finished with Zumbo’s iconic macarons, Zumbarons – need we say more?
All are perfectly paired with an unrivalled selection of over 60 Champagnes from QT Sydney’s award-winning wine list, or bespoke blueberry macaron tea. With resident DJ on the decks, you will be sliding into your stilettos for a daring dance – pre or post high tea.
QTea is served in the QT Sydney lobby and Studio Q, Saturdays and Sundays from 11am – 3pm.
