Hello? Is it Farnsy you’re looking for? If it is, then lucky you because the blonde baby-boomer bombshell that still makes your mother blush that is John Farnham has confirmed a tag-team tour with the one and only Lionel Richie.

Hitting Australian venues this month, including our very own Allphones Arena at Olympic Park this coming Thursday, March 13, the night will include a range of old hits, new material and a selection of reworked tracks.

On the outset, this may not be our usual cutting edge, underground-type event we would normally advocate here on our digital walls but, hey, who hasn’t busted out a drunken version of “Take The Pressure Down” or even “You’re The Voice” at their local karaoke bar at least once in their life? And Lionel Richie has been responsible for some of the best break-up/make-up tracks of all time (seriously, “Say You, Say Me” is like an anthem).

Spaces are limited so make sure you get in early to get the best seats i.e. the aisle because you’re gonna wanna get up and mum dance with the best of them!
