PUBLIC ENEMY AT THE METRO

Our nostalgia for iconic 80s rap is definitely going strong. So despite the awfulness that was Flavor of Love (the hell kind of shit was that, seriously?) we’re damned if we are going to miss catching Public Enemy at the Metro Theatre this coming Wednesday, March 5.

Building a reputation on representing the politics of Black America within their music and using rap as a platform for protest, Public Enemy made a name for themselves as being social dissidents that refused to sugar coat reality as they saw it.

With a set list that is bound to make the venue shake, this is going to be a performance that no-one should be missing. Tracks confirmed include I Shall Not Be Moved, Rebel Without A Pause, Louder than A Bomb and Bring The Noise.
