QT Mixologist Jared Thibault’s concoction for lovers of spaQ and all that’s fine is the perfect way to toast the month that cupid comes a calling. His seductivly sexy Moulin Rogue Champagne cocktail combines rose-infused syrup, rose champagne and the splashiest dash of gin with just the merest tang of lemon.

Ingredients:

30ml Rose infused Syrup*

30ml Lemon

20ml Larios Gin

Topped with Rose Champagne . For larger numbers Jarred advises one could possibly get away with a more affordable Aussie rose.
