Meet Your Fait at the fBI Social

The Australian music scene is one that we get pretty excited about on a regular basis but Perth-based musician, Fait, has us particularly on edge. And she has just confirmed that she is coming to Sydney to perform at the fBI Social Club on Saturday, August 9.

With a sound that’s reminiscent of PJ Harvey, an early days Courtney Love (aaah the good ol’ days) and a dash of the Divinyls (RIP Chrissy) Fait is a pocket-sized tour de force.

Fait has just released her debut EP Atmosphere, which was recorded with the aid of producer/engineer Darren Lawson ( of White Lies, My Bloody Valentine, Editors fame). Her unique sound comprises of layers of reverb drenched guitars, strings, piano, atmospherics & noise – exactly the kind of music you want to thrash yourself about to on a hectic Saturday night.

Fait will perform at the fBI Social on Saturday, August 9.
