Yeah it’s that time of year again when we rummage through our wardrobes, get depressed and threaten to burn everything down unless someone get’s us the perfect outfit so we can attend the annual Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival.

Held at the heritage-listed Sydney Town Hall, the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney brings the ultimate edit of Spring Summer designer fashion to Sydney. Running from Wednesday, August 21 to Saturday 24, the event includes runway collections from some of Australia’s favourite retailers such as General Pants Co., and brands like We Are Handsome, Camilla and Marc and Zambesi.

Each night during the four day festival, there will be an INSTYLE RED CARPET RUNWAY event, which is basically a glittering explosion of glamour, glamour and more glamour. Think: Alex Perry, MATICEVSKI, Collette Dinnigan, Steven Khalil, Jayson Brunsdon and other iconic names in Australian eveningwear presenting their upcoming collections to the public for the very first time.

Tickets to all the events are limited so you do need to get in early and book a place. This is one of Sydney’s premier fashion and design events providing a rare look at the coming season trends and also the work of designers that are just setting foot on the bigger fashion stage.
