DERRICK CARTER AT THE GOLDFISH BOWL

The beginning of March is going to be a tough night of decisions with Sydney hosting several un-missable events on the one night. First up we got Mardia Gras happening up along Oxford Street from 630pm. We have tea at our life-long best friend Alice’s house in Bondi that she has planned for six months and is even hiring catering and ordering a custom made cake. And then we have the one and only Derrick Carter spinning at the Goldfish Bowl from 8pm as part of a one night only performance. Obviously, we did the right thing. We told Alice to save us some cake and have a great night.

Derrick Carter has been recognized as one of the best underground house DJ’s in the world for nearly a decade now. With a distinct take, Carter’s roots lie steeped in the black sounds of the 70s including  disco, blues and jazz.

This will be Carter’s third showing at Kings Cross’ Goldfish bowl and each event has been known to sell out super quick so make sure you get in early to get yours.
