Pup Yeah!

The QT Life isn’t just reserved for humans. But we do have a couple of pup friendly terms and conditions to ensure every guest checks into an extraordinary stay. 

Booking

• Dogs under 25kgs are our sweet spot. Bigger dogs are welcome too,  just call ahead of booking. If your dog is above 25kgs, we will require a pre-arrival assessment which will be subject to the hotel’s review and acceptance of the booking.
• All dogs must be fully house trained and well-behaved.
• QT reserves the right to adjust or decline a reservation if necessary to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
• Maximum of one dog per room.

House Rules

• We ask that all pups are leashed or in a suitable carrier when in public areas at all times.
• No dogs are permitted to enter areas where food & beverage is prepared or served. Dogs are also not permitted in the gym, pool or spa facilities.
• Pups may only be present in public spaces when it is being used as thoroughfare.
• Please don’t leave your pup unattended and alone in guest rooms or in any other part of the hotel.
• All dogs must sleep on the bed provided by the hotel – not in guest beds.
• Pup Yeah! stays include the use of CUB bedding, smith&burton Soothing Cologne & Waterless Foam Shampoo, 1 x bag of St Argo treats, and a ‘Strut Your Pup’ pet map, per stay.
• Bedding and bowls are provided and are to remain in room upon leaving.
• Pup Yeah! Room Service is available for purchase at additional cost. 
• We ask you take your pup for regular bathroom breaks – for all our sakes.
• You are responsible for all costs associated with any damage or excessive cleaning caused by your dog. You are also liable for any injuries or damages caused by your dog to other guests, hotel staff and property.
• The hotel accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage to dogs whilst at the hotel.

In The Dog House

• Dogs must be accompanied and under control at all times while at the hotel.
• Any dogs who show unfriendly behaviour towards other pups or people, who disrupt the stay of other guests or who show signs of illness will need to leave the hotel immediately.
