No socks, no ties… This Father’s Day marks the return of Man Tea, our high tea that trades etiquette for appetite, reimagined each year and launched fresh every Father’s Day. This year’s table features locally caught prawn rolls, mini double smash cheeseburgers, truffle and parmesan fries, and a finale built to steal the show “The Cigar” a smoking chocolate cigar filled with Cincoro tequila chocolate mousse, freeze-dried raspberry and lemon ash.

Chef Greg Benney and Daniel King present this year’s edition on Saturday the 5th September, bringing together bold flavours, premium local produce and a touch of theatre for a Father’s Day experience unlike any other.

Head Chef Tommy Watkins and his culinary team are pulling out all the stops. Think trawler-caught seafood, steak cooked your way, slow-cooked meats, whole baked fish, vibrant salads and, of course, Bazaar’s legendary dessert bar.
There’ll be a beer in his hand on arrival, an abundance of food on his plate, and no room for complaints. In other words, leave Father’s Day in the hands of Bazaar.
