It seems all the good stuff is happening at the Canberra Contemporary Art Space this month (there is a good reason why this is one of our favourite galleries). Starting on October 10, Australian sculptor Peter Vandermark is opening his latest exhibition, Modulations.

An exploration of the relationship between the human body and the built environment, Modulations is an uncanny reimagining of architecture, furniture, maquettes and design in general. In Vandermark’s own words “everything is designed now… the body and nature just as much as buildings and things.”

Hailing from Melbourne but now based in Canberra, Vandermark’s work has been shown in galleries all over Australia including the Tim Olsen gallery and the Canberra Museum and Gallery.

Modulations will show at the Canberra Contemporary Art Space from October 10 until November 15.
