Not all markets are clothes and trinkets. Some are all about greening up the garden and living in a more sustainable manner that, frankly, is something we should all be trying to do. Which is why we are all going to the Green Savvy Sunday at the Old Bus Depot Markets being held on Sunday, September 21.
The region’s first interactive market that brings together products, produce and community, the Green Savvy Sunday markets focus on teaching domestic green sustainable living. Here, you will discover the latest in green technology for the home environment, buy specialist green/sustainable products, and speak to a variety of government agencies and companies about what programs, assistance and products they provide to the community and householders. You can also indulge in some organic food and discover just how many of our stallholders make products using ecological methods/ materials.
These kinds of markets are the future of maintaining a healthy and natural approach to contemporary living. If you find yourself in our loving warm embrace, or are a local with a penchant for living better, head down and take part in what will be a very delicious and green future.
