This September QT Canberra is in a full swing of celebration. We bring you Bitter & Twisted, a month-long menu of six new-age Negronis, where all your preconceived Negroni notions will be poured in to the past.

To delve into the darkness, we introduce you to our QT Canberra Negroni, featuring Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin, Campari, Bianco Vermouth and elderflower liqueur.

“I wanted to dial up the twist in Bitter & Twisted. I turned the traditional bittersweet taste to a botanical bitter sweet taste by adding the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin and the elderflower. Whilst maintaining the integrity of the Negroni, it plays a little bit out of the safe lines,” explains Locky, bartender at Capitol Bar & Grill.
