Begin the hunt with a chauffeured journey from lobby to farm. Move through the orchard with trained dogs leading the way.

Noses down, tails up, pats encouraged. 

Uncover truffles hidden just beneath the surface. Earthy, elusive, and entirely yours to purchase, should you strike gold. 

Back at Capitol Bar & Grill, the story continues. A four-course menu, led by the day’s hero ingredient. Seasonal, considered, and quietly indulgent, finishing with a truffle infused Tiramisu because, really, why stop there? 

Local produce, handled with intent, and served without fuss.
