This isn’t just brunch, it’s a scene, a ritual, a long, lazy celebration of all things delicious and decadent. We’re talking extended hours, elevated flavours like fluffy buttermilk pancakes, classic cheeseburger with our special secret sauce, miso grilled salmon, and a few cheeky surprises that’ll make you want to cancel lunch and dinner.

At the heart of it all? Our Bloody Mary cart in partnership with Ketel One Vodka. That’s right. You roll up and choose how you load it up with outrageous garnishes. Think crispy bacon, blue cheese, olives, dill pickles, mussels, chilli, potato crisps and celery spears and let our brunch bartenders build your ultimate Bloody Mary right before your eyes.
