Wellington is once again welcoming the highly-popular and much-loved waterfront Night Noodle Markets from 18-22 April in Frank Kitts Park.
This pop-up hawker-style few days of feasting is the perfect night out for all ages with live music, a great vibe and food offerings by some of our favourite golden oldies and standout newbie restaurants in Wellington and beyond.
A market celebrating all the delectable sides to Asian-inspired food, the Night Noodle Markets will have some seriously hot food trucks in attendance, plus a whole big beautiful bunch of the best restaurants from around town. Needless to say, bring your appetite and wear stretchy pants!
As it is one of the hottest events in town, QT Museum Wellington’s beloved Hot Sauce is pumped to have a stall! We will be serving pure deliciousness with a focus on the bao. Think crispy chicken, pulled pork and tofu baos … we can guarantee you will be in bao heaven!
Look out for food trucks such as Ramen Takara and The Vagabond Chefs, and stalls by the likes of The Arborist, United Food Co, PUFFLE, Lalele Organic Gelato and Khmer Angkor, amongst others.
Green fact: The Night Noodle Markets have teamed up with Globelet to offer reusable cups to purchase for $2 (plus $1 deposit) to reduce their impact on the environment.
Note: To ease purchasing, it is a cash-free event so make sure to bring your card.
