Hot Sauce

There’s soon to be a new bar in town. Hot Sauce is coming to Wellington and it’s all about no fuss, just flavour.

Inspired by the hustle and bustle of the laneway bar of the same name as part of the QT Melbourne network, Hot Sauce 2.0 is the newest member of the QT Museum Wellington complex.

Set to open this September, Hot Sauce cranks up the cool with Asian inspired dishes and banging cocktails; an ideal spot for lazy afternoon grazing, vibrant evening dining or a cheeky nightcap… or all three. Hot Sauce offers traditional Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Thai flavours with a contemporary twist.

All in favour say “aye”. AYE!

The exciting fusion menu is teamed with balanced cocktails and tight tunes that set an electric vibe. And for those who prefer to sip suds, Hot Sauce is currently finalising its own craft beer – stay tuned.

Spicy. Very spicy.

Hot Sauce will be open September 21 from 4pm, will be open 7 days for lunch and dinner, and will accommodate 110 hungry punters inside and 40 outside.
