Spritz N’ Sounds Returns.

Back for another round. Six new reasons to do it all again.

Parlour and Four Pillars are back together for Spritz N’ Sounds, pouring six brand-new limited-edition spritzes created exclusively for the season. Four alcoholic, two alcohol-free and surprisingly hard to play favourites with.

From 4-6pm daily, Spritz O’ Clock pours all six for a rather generous $12. Every spritz also arrives with a complimentary Spritz N’ Surprise; a perfectly paired bite chosen by our chefs. Consider it a blind date. We’ll handle the introductions.

And for those who prefer to know exactly what’s arriving at the table, the kitchen has a few new accomplices:

• Les Nuggets with dijonnaise, crème fraîche and caviar, $24 (Spritz O’ Clock exclusive)
• Escargot Gruyère croquettes, lemon and basil mayonnaise, $15 (Spritz O’ Clock exclusive)
• Oysters natural with mignonette, $3 each
• Crispy duck confit roll, pear chutney and rocket, $16

Outside of Spritz O’ Clock, all delicious spritzes are available for $22.

A rotating selection of DJs keeps the mood high on Thursdays and Fridays from 4-7pm, because rushing home has never been particularly Parisian.
