Gowings Christmas

With us? Just show up, sit down and let the day unfold in all its delicious glory. Just the way Christmas Day should be.

We start strong: warm focaccia, smoked trout, oysters snapped awake with finger lime and roe. The sort of first act that sets the tone fast, we didn’t come to be modest.

Summer follows with king prawns, burrata and bresaola before a decadent series of mains – caviar-kissed barramundi, slow-cooked turkey and pressed shoulder lamb. Duck fat potatoes make their usual appearance (we’re not made about it).

The finale? Italian pavlova and Gowings Christmas gingerbread.

Christmas Day is for indulging and we’re here to make that decision very, very easy. Feast from 12-3pm.
