A quick riser to the top of the local fav’s list this Squid Ink Risotto will make you look twice and want to taste over and over again.

This picture perfect creation by Santini Executive Chef Andrew Barkham, combines flash seared squid with lemon, parsley and chilli to bring those bold flavours of the Amalfi Coast straight to your plate.

Sitting pretty surrounded in black risotto this dish has also captured the attention of the Perth dining scene. Just recently Rob Broadfield has placed this prized piece at #2 in his list of best dishes in Perth!

Dubbing it “simply the finest” risotto he’s consistently eaten in Perth.

We’ve been told it’s not a first date plate but rest assured the squid inky goodness will soon fade.
