Signature favourites? We have quite a few. From cacio e pepe clam pizza, to our 1988 recipe Tiramisu. Think risotto with squid ink, and crisp veal chop parmigiana.You’ll drift leisurely from primi to secondi, pairing each impeccable taste to a Sommelier-selected sip.
