Our flavours have a Mediterranean foundation, but soaked in local love. With nearby producers close to our hearts, naturally we source from WA land.

Swayed by the sun, and splashed in always-unfiltered EVOO, Italian intentions bend to QT conviction.

Signature favourites? We have quite a few. From cacio e pepe pizza, to our 1988 recipe Tiramisu. Think risotto with squid ink, and crisp veal chop parmigiana.You’ll drift leisurely from primi to secondi, pairing each impeccable taste to a Sommelier-selected sip.

We’re the buzzing place for special dates, cherished, family-style occasions, cr private parties with all the ragazzi. You’ll be seated beyond where the Tuscan sun sets, and Roman romance dances at dusk.
