• Refill, Not Replace – Our bathrooms feature full-size refillable Tom Dixon products. Same indulgent experience, minus the landfill.
• Proudly Perth – From the rooftop to QTique, we support local makers and growers wherever possible, favouring seasonal, WA-sourced produce and products.
• Water Wise – Low-flow taps and dual-flush toilets save water without compromising your comfort. NABERS 3 Star Rating.
• Plastic? Pass. – Refillable water stations are available in public spaces, and reusable coffee cups are available in our Deli QT.
• Digital-First – From paperless check-in to digital directories and e-business cards, we’re making sustainability sleek.
• Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – Coffee grounds and pods are collected and repurposed by the Nespresso recycling initiative.
• Containers for Change – Every eligible container gets collected, with proceeds donated to RSPCA WA.
• Energy Savvy – We switch off air-conditioning in unoccupied rooms, and lighting in common areas is sensor-controlled to save energy. NABERS 2 Star Rating.
